写真は自宅から徒歩５分ほどのところにある和食の店の店頭の信楽焼の狸です。
ただこの店にはまだ入ったことがありません。
さて、今日は内科へ行ってきました。
今日はいつもの尿検査、採血のほかに、食事指導がありました。
あらかじめ毎日の食事の写真を撮っておいて、栄養士さんにスマホに入っている写真を見せました。
そしたら、夕食の白飯の量を半分にすることと、野菜が不足気味なので手間がかかるようだったらミニトマトを少し食べるといいと言われました。
さらに診察で先生が血液検査について注目すべき点を教えてくれました。
糖尿病の合併症の一つに糖尿病性腎症というのがあるのですが、尿中微量アルブミンというのがあってその値が19.3でした。これは30.0未満であればよいので大丈夫とのことでした。またeGFRというのもあってそれも正常範囲ということでした。
HbA1cは7.5で変化なしでした。
糖尿病性腎症は進行すると腎臓の機能が弱まり、さらに悪化すると人工透析を受けなければならなくなるので、しっかりと食事療法と運動療法を続けていきたいと思います。
