My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2022

Today I exercised around the field which is not far from where I live, the location is very spacious which is suitable for jogging or just walking to burn daily calories.

The light breeze makes the exercise I do feels cool even though I am sweating from jogging, the place is often used as a temporary field by local residents to play ball or play kites.

I got a lot of steps today and feel really tired because I haven't jogged a long distance. After jogging, I rested near the field while drinking water and a few moments later I rushed home to clean myself and get ready to eat, because my energy was drained while jogging and needed food intake to restore the energy that came out.
