My Actifit Report Card: September 15 2022

The activity that I did today was jogging near a fish pond, this is the first time I use Actifit to measure activity and share it with all my friends.

Sport has become a mandatory activity for me to keep my body fit and also add positive hormones for the body to work optimally.

I am happy to be able to use Actifit because users get rewarded by exercising, many benefits are obtained by exercising and using the application to track their activities.

In the future I will be more active so that the number of steps recorded in Actifit increases and the rewards I get will increase.
