My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2022

Happy Friday! That means I get to have my cheat meal for the week. Absolutely love pizza and I also added some brownies pieces on the side.

I end up paying for it the next morning as I always wake up feeling bloated but the meal helps me to keep my clean diet on track as I always have something to look forward too.

It's also good for the diet to have a cheat meal once a week to shock your body's metabolism into over drive. I've learned the hard way in the past that it's not good to have a cheat meal every day!
