[PL/ENG]Brak czasu / no time

Jestem wykończona psychicznie i przede wszystkim fizycznie . Boli mnie każdy centymetr mojego ciała . Do bólu kręgosłupa doszedł potworny ból tylnej części uda . Mój entuzjazm związany ze studiami lekko przygasł , ponieważ utwierdzam się w przekonaniu ,że sobie nie poradzę .... Gdyby jeszcze mąż był na miejscu to bym miała więcej czasu dla siebie a tak ... Jest w Holandii i dosłownie nie wyrabiam się z niczym . Nie mam czasu na nic , ciągle jakieś obowiązki , i końca nie widać . Miałam teraz na weekendzie zrobić dwa szkolenia z BHP i z bibliotekarstwa , ponieważ jest to obowiązkowe ,żeby studiować . Nie mam kiedy usiąść do komputera i to zrobić , a co dopiero uczyć się na zajęcia 😔😔😔 ciężko to widzę ,ale nie poddaje się i wierzę ,że jakimś cudem się uda , wkoncu jeden z wykładowców to ksiądz 😁😁😁. Nie działało mi actifit ,ale dziś zaktualizowałam telefon i działa 😁😁😁.

I am exhausted mentally and above all physically. Every inch of my body hurts. In addition to the pain in my spine, there is also a terrible pain in the back of my thigh. My enthusiasm for my studies has slightly faded, because I am convinced that I will not cope .... If only my husband were here, I would have more time for myself, but now ... I am in the Netherlands and I literally cannot cope with anything. I have no time for anything, I always have some duties, and there is no end in sight. I was supposed to do two training courses on health and safety and librarianship this weekend, because it is mandatory for my studies. I do not have time to sit down at the computer and do it, let alone study for classes 😔😔😔 it is hard to see, but I do not give up and I believe that somehow I will succeed, after all, one of the lecturers is a priest 😁😁😁. Actifit didn't work for me, but today I updated my phone and it works 😁😁😁.
