I am Alive and Active Challenge: Actifit Report: August 24 2024 A friend's encouragement

I had so many activities planned out today, from making videos to sewing outfits that I had to cut out.
I have been off workouts for a while because I was sick for a week and was fully recovered the next week but on the third week, I felt I might not be strong enough to resume workouts. Until a friend at the gym called me, asking if I was going to show up today. On his account, I decided to go for a workout for an hour and see how it goes.

Thank goodness I did. In making that decision I discovered my strength and went beyond what I envisioned. I walked, did aerobics, skipped and lifted weights. What is more, I had a good laugh with my goofy friends?

It is always good to force yourself to go for a workout you heal faster for some reason I guess movement is always better than resting? I do not know but it sure does feel that way take care Whiteney you looking amazing here you lost weight?
