Taking up challenges has one breaking ground and achieving a whole lot more than usual if not taking one out of the usual to an unusual territory.

I took on a workout challenge sometime last year and kept to it through the month seeing a remarkable difference in my lifestyle. Now my workout routine is here to stay.

I saw this beautiful flower when returning from jogging this morning.

I would love to see a dramatic change in my daily affairs, especially doing the things I love doing most of the time. Yes, most of the time because there are days I would like to just lean back and do nothing but still end up feeling bad. I have a sewing project I would love to see to fruition.

I am alive and utterly grateful for the gift of life. A daily sewing challenge would be remarkable. I cut out a pair of trousers/pants today.
