not as is used to be...
now everyone that votes in the first 24hrs gets the same, but still more then those that votes after 24hrs. So if you vote in the first 24hrs and a big account votes after 24hrs, you do get more rewards.
A lot of people only votes splinterlands posts just because splinterlands curation always votes after 24hrs.
