Ahoj. Dopoledne jsem zase vyzvedl Dantíka a šli jsme i s Cesmínkou za město.*(CS-EN)*
Klasika Dantík běhal po poli a Cesmína honila myši.

Ještě před obědem jsem si šel zaběhat.

Odpoledne, než jsem vyrazil na noční 12 hod směnu, jsem ještě vyvenčil naše oba psy.

Dneska jsem měl konečně čas (nebo chuť) běžet trochu déle.
Minimálně jednou týdně bych chtěl běžet delší trasu. Časově delší trasu.

Začal jsem dnes trasou v trvání cca 1.5 hodiny na nízkých tepech kolem 130 t/min (zóna Z2)
50 minut tam (většinou do kopce) a 40 minut zpátky.

Jak jsem vyběhl tak začalo sněžit a sněží pořád dál.
