Creating software training videos will be more intuitive with Guidde | Technology powered by AI

Let's imagine a large company with a large number of employees to be trained in the use of software. With respect to the profession itself, it is likely that what is required is the handling of various tools that are used in a given area.
This software often does not run by choice, but is adapted to the needs of the company, with more sense if there is a team that requires some collaboration through files that are fully compatible. Learning to use these new tools, similar to the ones you adopted, may seem simple in some cases, but the scheme, sometimes, changes completely, forcing us to have to resort to a tutorial or a guide available on the Internet, or offered by the company.
We must also mention the costs and time invested in creating videos that have a corporate context. Surely there is an important editing beyond the use of cameras. I am referring to the construction of a step-by-step guide, which are adapted to different software, so it would require large teams to produce them. Considering that artificial intelligence is playing a very important role in this era, it makes sense to think that it could help us to find a solution to this.

Guidde was born in 2020 from the partnership between Yoav Einav and Dan Sahar, who agreed that the creation of software training videos could be much cheaper, while their process could be simplified. The project itself uses artificial intelligence to create video clips in a completely intuitive way, offering very good results. You can add AI-generated voices in the language of your choice, use music to set the mood of the video, and tags that will help the user to perform in the use of the software in question. Next, Guidde's interface allows you to have editing tools, which you have surely become familiar with on different occasions, adding effects to the videos in their transitions and frame adjustments.

Another thing to improve is that the educational content is really attractive. An estimate by Kultura in 2019, shows that there are 67% of employees who do not pay enough attention to the material offered, consuming it briefly, skipping many important things to learn. In my opinion this problem happens in every kind of field, because the explanations often do not go to the point, and end up being in the worst case, exhausting, which makes reading material on paper or digital, in written form, more convenient to develop in the given tool.
Other difficulties for the average user belonging to an organization is the inability to interpret the navigation interfaces where they should find these videos, and when they do, they find material that is far from the expected quality. Guidde, in this case, has prioritized improving the video recommendation aspect, and has recently launched the Guidde Broadcast function, offering company personnel adaptively selected content.
Under this perspective, I sense, the same AI-driven system would detect how the staff's workflow requires some assistance, so Guidde Broadcast would offer personalized content on the topic being addressed, which is a big plus.
Einav maintains that Guidde's growth has been truly exponential. In the last 12 months, the company's revenue has quadrupled. In the aspect of strengthening ties with other organizations, it has managed to provide services to more than 100,000 users, who belong to 2,000 organizations. Nasdaq, American Eagle Outfitters, and Carta are among the most relevant.
Guidde has achieved a new feat this month. With the new funding raised, for a value of $15 million, round led by Qualcomm Ventures, has reached the mark of $30 million total dollars, ready to be invested in localization tools, enterprise sales teams, and an approach to the global market.

As an idea, it could be a standard that should be implemented in any organization that seeks to provide the necessary tools to its staff, in a much more accurate and attractive way. AI, again, would be part of personal development, which in turn, would reward growth within an expanding organization.
