My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2021

This is my 70th Actifit post, after six days.

I had day off on Friday and had doctor's appointment again, clinic of whose is not close to me. I had to wake up early, I got on the bus and got off after five stops. Then, I had to walk to the clinic, the weather was sunny and warm. Last time when I came here it was rainy.

There is a beautiful walking trail which is near a forest and longer than 1 km. There is also a path to the forest. You can see them in the photos below. (All The Photos Belong To Me)

This time treatment was short and we have completed all the sessions. However, we will start another treatment next week. Therefore, I will have much more chance for walking.

After the treatment, I wanted to head to home by walking because the weather was good as you see in the photos. I made 13379 steps and this was my second highest Actifit record.

Try to be active for a good health and keep active with Actifit.
