Saludos a todos, hoy les traigo mi experiencia corriendo la Carora Desert 2025 en la modalidad XCM 90km, menuda carrera, muy brutal y exigente 100% de principio a fin.
Greetings everyone, today I bring you my experience running the Carora Desert 2025 in the XCM 90km modality, what a race, very brutal and 100% demanding from start to finish.

Para esta carrera tuve 2 semanas de preparación física y adaptarme al calor, es una carrera muy dura, pero también se goza y es divertida, fueron semanas duras de entrenamiento, alimentación adecuada y entrenar bastante duro. Conseguí el 2º puesto en esta carrera saliendo desde la última fila y buscando la cabeza desde el principio, en la última vuelta conseguí crear la fuga donde nos escapamos del pelotón unas 6 personas y acabamos en el sprint.
For this race I had 2 weeks of physical preparation and adapt to the heat, it is a very hard race, but it is also enjoyable and fun, were hard weeks of training, proper nutrition and train hard enough. I managed to get 2nd place in this race starting from the last row and looking for the lead from the start, in the last lap I was able to create the breakaway where we escaped from the peloton about 6 people and ended up in the sprint.

Aquí pueden ver algunas fotos de la carrera y también en una fotografía todo el equipo que llevo cuando corro, geles, bombona de CO2, herramientas, electrilitos, mechas por si espicho y el agujero es demasiado grande y el líquido del tubeles no lo sella y entre otras cosas.
Here you can see some pictures of the race and also in a photograph all the equipment that I carry with me when running, gels, CO2 canister, tools, electrilitos, wicks in case I spill and the hole is too big and the tubeles liquid does not seal it and among other things.

Esta carrera se hace prácticamente en un desierto, personalmente nunca he estado en África, pero me sentí en África sobre todo en una carrera de las más duras del mundo llamada Cape Epic, nada más que añadir fue toda mi experiencia, espero que les haya gustado, nos vemos en una próxima publicación.
This race is done practically in a desert, personally I have never been to Africa, but I felt in Africa especially in a race of the toughest in the world called Cape Epic, nothing more to add was all my experience, I hope you liked it, see you in a future publication.

Felicitaciones por ser parte del Podium en la Carora Desert 2025 carrera que tiene una locación muy particular por las condiciones climáticas que demanda un plan de entrenamiento riguroso.
