10 km entre semana / 10 km during the week
Hoy me propuse volver a recorrer 10 km, aprovechando el descubrimiento de la nueva ruta de la cual les comenté en los posts anteriores, la cual posee la cantidad de 5 km sin tener que pasar por el mismo lugar dos veces. Así que esta vez solo tenia que completar el circuito 2 veces y ya tendría 10 km. Les cuento cómo me fue.
Comencé a eso de las 8 am y el clima fue muy favorable para la actividad física. De hecho, hubo un momento en el que cayó algo de lluvia, muy suave así que me sirvió para refrescarme. Hablando del ritmo de la carrera, durante los primeros 2 km pude mantener una velocidad muy alta, dejando el ritmo en 5:25 y 5:36 respectivamente. Pero, los siguientes km fueron por encima de los 6 minutos, e incluso hubo varios de más de 7 minutos por km. Esto debido al desgaste que iba sintiendo a medida que corría.
Mi meta original era mantenerme por debajo de los 6 minutos, algo que ya he conseguido en el pasado, pero esta vez no fue posible, sin embargo me alegra ver que el cuerpo no se resintió durante el recorrido y pude completar los 10 km sin problemas. Ya para la próxima carrera voy a intentar mejorar tanto la distancia como el ritmo de carrera.

Today I set out to run 10 km again, taking advantage of the discovery of the new route which I told you about in previous posts, which has the amount of 5 km without having to go through the same place twice. So this time I only had to complete the circuit 2 times and I would have 10 km. Let me tell you how it went.
I started at about 8 am and the weather was very favorable for physical activity. In fact, there was a moment when some rain fell, very soft, so it was good for me to cool down. Talking about the pace of the race, during the first 2 km I was able to maintain a very high speed, leaving the pace at 5:25 and 5:36 respectively. But, the following km were above 6 minutes, and there were even several of more than 7 minutes per km. This was due to the wear and tear I was feeling as I ran.
My original goal was to stay under 6 minutes, something I have achieved in the past, but this time it was not possible; however, I am glad to see that the body did not suffer during the run and I was able to complete the 10 km without problems. For the next race I will try to improve both the distance and the pace.
