Interhouse sports competition Day 2
The interhouse sports competition began in my school where I work for the past few days, and it's been an exciting yet overall engaging one that got everyone on their toes and busy. The day two activities happened two days ago, and they involved some sporting activities that each of the various houses completed against each other to come out victorious.
Last term, I was the house master for the White House and was able to lead my team to victory as we came in third in the overall ranking of the entire tournament. This term, competition also began, and I've been training my team until the house masters were reshuffled to give room for fairness. Well, that's according to the officials, who claim leading a new team gives us a fresh start and the ability to improve in the aspect of grooming young talents to their peak.
So this term I ended up being the house master of the blue house, where we indulge in multiple sporting activities that are being engaged in by the students, while we, the teachers, just worked as their coach and the ones who trained to decide who'll be representing us in the different sporting activities.
For this segment, the videos cover the racing competition between the various houses. We participated in 100-meter races, 200-meter races, and 400-meter races. We also did the filling of bottles with water competition, which was done alongside the sack race and spoon and lime race. Although I couldn't cover the entire tournament, this cut across some exciting ones too.
At the end of this particular sport, we compete on day two. My house had the following position, which is fair enough in my opinion, given the fact that I've got little time to train and pick who'll represent us in this event:
Spoon and lime boys and girls: silver x 2
Sack race boys and girls: bronze x 2
100-meter race: no medal
200-meter race boys: gold
400-meter race girls: bronze
Bottle race boys: gold.
And that was how the competition went on day two. We did pretty well, but that's not to forget the fact that Yellow House were the ones who had the best outcome, as they now have a total of five gold medals alongside other silverware, while we've got two gold medals alongside other medals.
Well, it's not the end; there are still other races to participate in on other days, and I'm hoping we'll do well enough to compete for the first position or any aspect of the top 3 at the end of the interhouse sports.
That's about it for now. I hope you enjoyed reading and watching. Have a wonderful day ahead, and till we meet when I share the final day of the interhouse sports competition being held in my school, have a wonderful day and stay fit.

Those ones are just blasting different song and doing yeye hyping up and down.
It was an exciting experience and I wish the hope conserve his energy to use in the last phrase.
The guy in red really messed up 😂. He was racing at the top. Then all of a sudden he went to the last. Hehe.
This is indeed full time fun. I am sure you had a nice time. Thanks for sharing.
Yea it's funny but then also a life lesson that being ahead at first doesn't mean others will always be behind.
He could have reserved his energy and ultilise it in the last phrase, but lols well.
This is the real definition of grace, the guy in white has been leading but about to reach the final pole the guy in yellow takes over and wins, you make me remember my secondary school days
Yea that's just what it's, and also determination to win gives the yellow guy an edge.
Thanks for your feedback.

Have always feared participating in inter house sports 🙂 because I don’t like seeing injuries on my body. I like the boy in yellow, he really tried 😁 and I saw another thing going on with two men on the field 🤐🤐
Up blue house 😃😃 you guys still tried with those positions, looking forward to seeing the final one.

Inter house sports. Don’t remember the last time I experienced that. Used to be so much fun to watch everyone in their own field. I’m sure your team had a good time.
