Interhouse sports competition Day 1
It's interhouse sports week at my place of work, a school where I work as a teacher, and being the house master of one of the various houses competing, I've got to stay active and be actively involved in all of the activities so I can bring out the best in the students representing our house. It's the first day of interhouse sports, and today we indulge in different sporting activities like the 200-meter race, the filling of bottles and spoons, and the lime race.
After a few days of training, I picked out a house representative that will participate in various sports, and aside from being a house master, I was also given the task of being the photographer so I could capture all the activities for documentation after the program. The activities were very stressful and got me walking and running about to capture all the events.
Indirectly, I'm also exercising and letting out the fat and excessive stress that made me weak. Although I tried everything, it was worth it. Tomorrow is another day of the event, and I'm looking forward to it. Today we came first in both the 200-meter race and the bottle-filling event for the boys, and for the girls, we could only settle for 4th and first position in both.
It's such an amazing event, and although I'm tired, I believe doing this daily will make me fit and live a healthy lifestyle going forward.
