The season of the Rose hips

Autumn - The season of one of the most useful little red fruits - rose hips.

At home, I like to have some of the useful rosehips, with which I prepare a delicious tea, which is suitable for physical and mental fatigue, for colds and for strengthening the immune system.

Today I took the time to collect some of the priceless rosehips. I collected them in nature, away from the city and traffic.

There was an abundance of bushes laden with their bright red fruits of the so-called wild rose.

Rosehip is abundant in vitamins A, E and B, but above all it is extremely rich in vitamin C. It has anti-cancer effect, increases immunity, lowers blood sugar levels.
