Sunday Cycling
Today we had a great bike ride with friends. We had planned to meet the sunrise from peak Bakarlaka, but according to the forecast, the weather in the morning would be cloudy and our plans were thwarted. That's why we left Burgas a little later in the morning.
While the weather was not so hot, we passed through Protected area Poda.
We crossed the Fishermans Village and headed towards the village of Rosen.
On the way we stopped to drink water from the stone fountain built next to the chapel of Saint Elijah. At that time a charming red plant had blossomed in front of the chapel and it gave the place an even more mystical look.
In the village of Rosen we had our morning coffee, from the local shop.
We took a bike ride around the village and headed to the locality of Medni Rid - Bakrlaka.
Nature majestically revealed its beauty before us. It abounded in beautiful flowers and herbs. On the way we met wild rabbits and snakes. The birds happily chirped in the forest.
We decided not to climb Bakrlaka peak, so we headed to the village of Ravadinovo. Going down we enjoyed the views.
Next to the village of Ravadinovo we met more cyclists.
Then we headed to the Kampsites Gradina, Vromos and the towns of Chernomorets and Kraimorie.
We cycled about 78 km that day. and in the early afternoon we were back in Burgas.
