A great walk in the autumn forest of the Ruen municipality - Eastern Stara Planina.
The majestic trees, were covered with leaves in warm tones.
I saw a wealth of species of shrubs and trees.
Their fruits predominated in red tones: rosehips, hawthorns and dogwoods.
Low trees with branches covered with dogwood.
Prickly bushes rich in large thorns.
And the herb gloginka or hawthorn.
Hawthorn - for heart problems, hypertension and nervous excitement, for insomnia.
Dogwoods - for reducing high fever, against intestinal disorders and with hemostatic effect.
Rose hips - for energy and to strengthen immunity.
All of them so useful from the forest pharmacy.
