[ESP/ENG] Mi trabajo en el primer Festival Deportivo del año en Maracaibo || My work at the first Maracaibo Sports Festival of the year

Saludos comunidad de Full Deportes, me complace siempre escribir por acá y dejar entre líneas las experiencias que vivo prácticamente a diario en mi área favorita de trabajo, como lo es el deporte.

Varios de los que han visto mi trabajo, quizás se fijan en lo mucho que me enfoco, pero el enfoque es importante para saber a donde queremos llegar.

Como trabajo en el Instituto Municipal del Deporte en la ciudad de Maracaibo, Venezuela, normalmente realizamos actividades deportivas y recreativas en todas las parroquias, nos movemos a todos los sectores, sin importar en qué condición esté, lo importante es sembrar e impartir el deporte para que niños y jóvenes se involucren y dejen a un lado cualquier vicio.

Nos dirigimos al Polideportivo José Encarnación «Pachencho» Romero para promover las actividades. Los jóvenes que se acercaron participaron en actividades como salta la cuerda, kikimbol, fútbol de salón, béisbol five y recreación.

Se acercaron muchas personas, representantes con sus niños y más, para disfrutar de una mañana hermosa. Yo, desde mi teléfono empecé a capturar momentos significativos del evento, todo con el fin que quedaran las evidencias de la labor realizada.

Como soy una apasionada por los deportes, me complace participar de estas actividades, no solo por capturar fotos, en realidad mi trabajo periodístico va mucho más allá de eso. Tengo que grabar, hacer entrevistas, preparar un post para las redes sociales o hacer una nota de prensa. En eso se basa también mi trabajo como base fundamental, las fotografías es un adicional porque lamentablemente, estoy sola en mi departamento de prensa y el trabajo de varios, lo hago yo sola.

He aprendido mucho de esto, trabajar con niños deja aprendizajes increíbles, ellos ven el mundo de una manera muy distinta y mientras los adultos pensamos en competencias, ellos piensan en divertirse.

Para eso son este tipo de actividades, no solo para preparar a la nueva generación, sino también para lograr el disfrute, el trabajo en equipo y enseñarles a ser disciplinados.

Varias actividades juntas en un mismo sitio es para gozar. Yo por un momento solté el teléfono y terminé jugando a la pelota de goma con los compañeros de trabajo, nosotros también disfrutamos este momento. Yo me divertí, corrí, jugué y despejé un montón la mente, incluso de las presiones que me genera el trabajo en muchas ocasiones.

Estoy feliz por ser parte de equipos que impulsan el crecimiento del deporte en las localidades, trabajar en esto es lo más sano y diferente que hay. Fuera de las preocupaciones que genera el mundo a su alrededor, estar en esta área tiene grandes beneficios para nuestra salud mental y física.

Por ello debemos seguir trabajando, impulsar a los más pequeños de la casa, y a los padres o representantes debo hacerles un llamado, ese es el apoyo hacia los niños, ellos crecen con la instrucción de quienes los cuidan y si reciben el apoyo necesario para desenvolverse en alguna disciplina deportiva, serán profesionales exitosos. Es una muestra de crecimiento y motivación.

Greetings Full Deportes community, I am always pleased to write here and leave between the lines the experiences that I live almost daily in my favorite area of work, such as sports.

Many of you who have seen my work, perhaps notice how much I focus, but the focus is important to know where we want to go.

As I work in the Municipal Institute of Sports in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela, we normally carry out sports and recreational activities in all parishes, we move to all sectors, no matter what condition they are in, the important thing is to sow and impart the sport for children and young people to get involved and leave aside any vice.

We went to the José Encarnación "Pachencho" Romero Sports Center to promote the activities. The young people who came participated in activities such as jump rope, kikimbol, indoor soccer, baseball five-a-side and recreation.

Many people came, representatives with their children and more, to enjoy a beautiful morning. I, from my phone, began to capture significant moments of the event, all in order to keep the evidence of the work done.

As I am passionate about sports, I am pleased to participate in these activities, not only to capture photos, actually my journalistic work goes far beyond that. I have to record, do interviews, prepare a post for social networks or make a press release. My work is also based on that as a fundamental basis, the photographs are an additional because unfortunately, I am alone in my press department and the work of several, I do it alone.

I have learned a lot from this, working with children leaves incredible learning, they see the world in a very different way and while adults think about competitions, they think about having fun.

That's what this kind of activities are for, not only to prepare the new generation, but also to achieve enjoyment, teamwork and teach them to be disciplined.

Several activities together in one place is to enjoy. I put the phone down for a moment and ended up playing rubber ball with co-workers, we enjoyed this moment too. I had fun, I ran, I played and I cleared my mind a lot, even from the pressures that work generates in many occasions.

I am happy to be part of teams that promote the growth of the sport in the localities, working in this is the healthiest and most different thing there is. Apart from the worries generated by the world around us, being in this area has great benefits for our mental and physical health.

That is why we must continue working, encouraging the youngest of the house, and to the parents or representatives I must make a call, that is the support to the children, they grow with the instruction of those who take care of them and if they receive the necessary support to develop in any sport discipline, they will be successful professionals. It is a sign of growth and motivation.
