Buenas tardes a todos, soy nuevo en la plataforma. Mi nombre es Valter Valik y hoy hice mi primera rutina de ejercicios monitoreada a través de Actifit.

Acerca de lo realizado hoy:

Como de costumbre me levanté temprano en la mañana, me prepare un desayuno y salí a caminar por la zona. Durante el día he recorrido a pie varios kilómetros, de los cuales no sé la cantidad debido a que no he tenido en mi mente contarlos. Definitivamente el día de hoy fue acerca de recorrer gran parte de mi ciudad a pie.

Un saludo para toda la comunidad. Mi objetivo es no aburrirlos con cada redacción diaria por lo que mantendré así de cortos mis reportes.
