Cold Winter Shrooming. My Actifit Report Card of January 26, 2025

A walk to the bushes to forage some winter mushrooms. We've found oysters aka Pleurotus ostreatis und Flamullina velutipes. Fried some, the rest was processed then put into a dehydrator.
