Ayer pude asistir solamente a una clase de la Universidad, vinieron unas tías por lo que tuve que faltar a clases para ir a buscarlas al terminal. Luego de buscarlas, aproveché que estábamos en el centro y les dije para que fuéramos a hacer unas pequeñas compras para la casa.

Llegamos a la casa a almorzar y por supuesto a descansar. Como acostumbro, alrededor de las 5pm fui a la Vereda para entrenar e hicimos una intensa rutina de cardio y mejoramos la transición de dominada a muscleup.

Yesterday I was only able to attend one class at the University, some aunts came so I had to skip class to pick them up at the terminal. After picking them up, I took advantage of the fact that we were in the center and told them to go shopping for the house.

We arrived home for lunch and of course to rest. As usual, around 5pm I went to the Vereda to train and we did an intense cardio routine and improved the transition from pull-up to muscleup.
