Hoy me desperté un poco tarde, el día anterior salí a una fiesta y llegué tan cansado que dormí más de 14h seguidas (ya estoy viejo😞). Al despertarme preparé el almuerzo e hice unas compras básicas que faltaban en casa y ayudé a mi abuela en unos quehaceres.

Aún me queda un mes de vacaciones en la universidad, por lo que no tengo tantas ocupaciones como antes. Esperé que sean las 5pm, para poder ir a entrenar. Empecé calentando la muñeca, recientemente hice un reto del máximo de muscleups en 1hora y me pasó algo de factura por lo que entrené suave el día de hoy.

Today I woke up a little late, the day before I went out to a party and I arrived so tired that I slept more than 14h in a row (I'm already old😞). When I woke up I prepared lunch and did some basic shopping that was missing at home and helped my grandmother with some chores.

I still have a month's vacation left at the university, so I don't have as busy as I used to be. I waited for it to be 5pm, so I could go train. I started by warming up my wrist, I recently did a max muscleup challenge in 1 hour and it took its toll on me, so I trained lightly today.
