Mi reporte de Actifict: junio 28 2024
Inicié el día muy temprano, me desperté para ir a la Universidad a las 7:30am. Tenía solamente una clase de Contabilidad, nos explicaron la última unidad para presentar el examen final del trimestre. Generalmente deberíamos de salir la 1era semana de julio, pero por motivos de que varios exámenes caen en un día festivo se alargaran una semana más de clase, y por ende saldremos a mitad de dicho mes.
I started the day very early, I woke up to go to the University at 7:30am. I only had one Accounting class, they explained the last unit to take the final exam of the quarter. Usually we would have to leave the first week of July, but due to the fact that several exams fall on a holiday, we will have to extend the class for another week, so we will leave in the middle of the month.
Al regresar a mi casa, preparé el almuerzo y terminé algunos trabajos de la Universidad, mientras esperaba que sea mas tarde para ir con mis amigos a entrenar y tirar free, porque tenía muchas ganas de hacer dinámicos. Me puse a practicar el doble 360, pues es un dinámico esencial y ya es tiempo de que lo tuviera, pero como no me había decidido a practicarlo no lo he logrado.

When I returned home, I prepared lunch and finished some university work, while I was waiting for it to be later to go with my friends to train and shoot free, because I really wanted to do dynamics. Yo sé que puedes bro, ese doble 360 cuesta al principio entender la técnica, pero lo agarras rápido cuando la entiendes. 💪
Thkss brou, y sí, la técnica me cuesta un poco porque la verdad si logro agarrarme pero no giro sino que me dejo caer al piso.
Piensa en buscar un poco más de inclinación como en el tornado, eso ayuda mucho a seguir el balanceo
