Mi reporte de Actifict: junio 3 2024
Recientemente he tenido un dolor ubicado entre la zona del hombro y dorsal derecho, por ese motivo he estado descansando mucho y me levanté en la tarde el día de ayer.
Fui a la Universidad, para firmar mis notas del 1er corte del trimestre. Motivo por el que salí temprano, acompañé a mi amigo @jeyson20sw a hacerse su primer Tatuaje. En realidad nos íbamos a hacer el tatuaje compartido, pero prefiero esperar a salir del dolor que tengo e ir con calma. Todo salió todo bien y decidimos celebrar comprando algo de comer. 😁
Llegando a mi casa, descansé y me puse a realizar unos estiramientos para calamar un poco el dolor.

Lately I have had a localized pain between the shoulder and the right dorsal area, for that reason I have been resting a lot and yesterday I got up in the afternoon.
I went to the University to sign my grades of the 1st cut of the quarter. Reason why I went out earlier, I accompanied my friend @jeyson20sw to get his first Tattoo. We were actually going to do the shared tattoo, but I preferred to wait to get out of the pain I have and go easy. Everything went well and we decided to celebrate by grabbing a bite to eat. 😁
When I got home, I rested and did some stretching to ease the pain a bit.
