Getting Up Early and Resting😴!!

Hola Comunidad de Actifit, el día de hoy me levanté temprano para ir con unos amigos a eso de las 5am a "La Vereda" para entrenar un poco y despejar la mente.😶‍🌫

Solamente entrenamos y realizamos intentos de parada de mano, al rato nos terminó dando hambre y decidimos ir a desayunar algo. Terminamos muy rápido porque mi amigo tenía que trabajar hoy, por lo que no teníamos mucho tiempo.

Llegué a mi casa y aproveché toda la tarde para descansar, ya en la noche un amigo y yo fuimos a cortarnos el pelo, de ahí volví a mi casa para seguir descansando.😅

Hello Actifit Community, today I got up early to go with some friends at about 5am to "La Vereda" to train a little and clear my mind. 😶‍🌫

We just trained and did some handstand attempts, after a while we got hungry and decided to have some breakfast. We finished very quickly because my friend had to work today, so we didn't have much time.

I got home and used the whole afternoon to rest, and in the evening a friend and I went to get a haircut, from there I went back to my house to continue resting.😅
