Mi reporte de Actifict: febrero 19 2024 - #SWC
Hola Comunidad de Actifit, el día de hoy fue muy tranquilo a comparación de los últimos, en los que estuve muy ocupado con los trabajos de la Universidad. Me desperté temprano para ir a la tienda a comprar el almuerzo y la cena, luego tuve que ir un momento al negocio de mi familia para que mi padre se pudiera ir, porque el tenía cosas por hacer.
Un poco mas tarde regresé a mi casa, para terminar una tarea de la Uni que consistía en resumir una película😅, que se llama "Sonidos de Libertad", esta peli toca un tema muy delicado. (Si quieren saber que tema trata, tienen que verla😉)
A eso de las 5pm me fui a "La Vereda" para hacer un poco de free, trotar y comenzar a entrenar resistencia.🔥

Hello Actifit Community, today was very quiet compared to the last few days, in which I was very busy with University work. I woke up early to go to the store to buy lunch and dinner, then I had to go to my family's business for a while so my father could leave, because he had things to do.
A little later I went back home, to finish a homework from Uni that consisted in summarizing a movie😅, which is called "Sounds of Freedom", this movie touches a very delicate subject (if you want to know what subject it is about, you have to watch it😉).
At about 5pm I went to "La Vereda" to do some free, jogging and start training endurance.🔥
