Hello friends,
Good morning, this is an update of my cleaning excercise and my actifit report for 3rd day of January, 2024.





On this day under review, my Actifit activities started at about 8am when I went to the stream to fetch some drinking water. When I returned, I had my bath and left for the market to buy a few groceries my mother had penned down for me.


So I left for the market at about noon, at this time, the sun was skuching and as a result, I boarded a bike to convey me to the market and back.

After buying the the groceries from the market, I returned home and rested. Later in the day, I went to a nearby village to see a football game.

Meanwhile, Before I left for the market, I had conducted my routine cleaning excercise. Below are some pictures from the cleaning excercise.
