My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2025

Wednesday was a work-full day but more of office and desk work were attended to. I had a very long day at the office and then left to attend to meeting. Unaware that my tracker didn't capture most of my movements for the day after taking a kilometer long walk after the evening meeting. It was a successful day notwithstanding.
