My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2021

Hi, it's cool to be back to share my daily activities and fitness strides. I've missed this space for long for time consuming activities off the chain. Yesterday, September 22, was Wednesday and we had to fix aluminum windows and nets in our apartment.

Lifting those frames up and down the stairs was a tedious activity but was worth the efforts.

Not so much to write for the night.
