My Actifit Report Card: September 4 2022
So I have a new Baby, "Baby Smile". She has been my latest bundle of joy and I shared the experiences I had during her labour up till delivery.
She has of recent become an exercise, both at night and during the day. During the day I take of her belongings and during the night she doesn't sleep so I get to carry her pacing everywhere till done.
People said it's because she was born in the night that's why she feels night time is day and daytime is night.
Also I have been able to learn a few of the preliminary activities done for babies.
First of all the nurse discovered that she had jaundice and she needed to be dried. Most times at the hospital, the baby is being placed In a machine which dries up the jaundice. She advised that the baby shouldn't be placed in the machine but that she should be sun dried instead because the radiation of heat from the machine shrinks the baby and some other issues.
So I engaged my actifit yesterday while doing the house chores. Baby Smile was being sun dried with my supervision while I was washing her clothes as well....
After then I prepared a delicious meal, Boiled yam and pepper soup spiced with cloves for the mother. This meal most especially the hot pepper soup helps heal the delivery room while the cloves stops bleeding.
It was a beautiful way to start the morning.Later on in the evening the was a naming ceremony for the baby, and the baby's name is called Uyaiabasi which means God's Beauty.
