Today I am free day.I walked a little bit to the tea shop for my breakfast.

And then I needed to go to the market near of my house.I bought some medicines , drinking water bottles pack and others.

Water Bottles would be used my son and my son's teacher.

Medicines would be used my family.

I made some evening exercises for 15 minutes.

This is my movements and activity of today.

I reached only 5207 steps today.

I bought Running Shoes today.
