My Actifit Report: Primera etapa Camino de Santiago

First stage of the Camino de Santiago, 22km in the morning, until we reach Portomarin. We make a stop in the middle of the route to have a small breakfast, to help us recover and gain strength and for the next 11km. Arrival at noon to take a shower and eat the pilgrim's menu. A light nap and tour this beautiful village, frugal dinner and rest to start the second stage.

Primera etapa del Camino de Santiago, 22km por la mañana, hasta llegar a Portomarin. Realizamos una parada a mitad de la ruta para tomar un pequeño desayuno, que nos ayude a reponer y tomar fuerzas y para los siguientes 11km. Llegada al mediodía para darnos una ducha y comer el menú del peregrino. Una ligera siesta y recorrer esta bonita aldea, cena frugal y descanso para emprender la segunda etapa
