My Actifit Report Card and a Challenge: July 22 2023

Hello doston, while jogging today, I came so far that I felt as if it was a village, though the freshness of that place and the feeling of being there was wonderful 😊

Above is the image of the road I was walking on and I got a great idea, why not set a #challenge for myself that every day I have to walk more steps than the day before. Like yesterday I walked 10200+ steps and today it is 11200+. Although walking more than 1000 steps was not part of the plan. But walking more steps than the day before will be part of the challenge. Isn't this exciting 😎
