Good morning, community! Yesterday, I had to hit the gym solo since my brother was away on a trip. Despite flying solo, it turned out great—I powered through a solid leg day and felt proud of the effort I put in!
Example Leg Routine:
- Barbell Back Squats: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
- Walking Lunges: 3 sets x 12 reps per leg
- Leg Press: 4 sets x 10-12 reps
- Romanian Deadlifts: 3 sets x 12 reps
- Calf Raises: 4 sets x 15-20 reps
Takeaway:
Even when plans change or you’re on your own, consistency is key. Adaptability keeps progress alive—show up for yourself, and the results will follow! 💪
