It is one thing to win an Olympic Gold Medal in a sport where you run all by yourself and you are not a part of a team. But, even though you run alone, you have a big team surrounding you with coaches and training partners, and without them, you would be nothing. So, we need to understand that achieving victory is about partnering up and cheering on the rest of the team, and even though you might be the lead singer, you wouldn't be anything without the coaches and the rest of the band.

We are so focused on main actresses and lead singers and star football players, that we often forget about the rest of the people that have taken part in the job. And sometimes the lead person also forget about this and think that they alone are the best in the world. So, that might be true, in a certain sense, but it isn't entirely true, and the world is a better place when honor goes to all those who deserve it instead of one person trying to steal it all.
