Spring at last!!! - My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2025

Just a week ago we had several inches of snow on the ground but today the temperature was in the 70s and the flowers were out in abundance.

Lulu and I were up and out early for our morning walk and there were plenty of song birds for company and the landscape is starting to green up with the leaves and early flowers adding their color to the landscape.

My run started off slow but a flat 2 miles loosened up my legs and the next 6 rolling miles moved along at a good mid 9 minute pace and I felt good the whole way.
We ended the day with a wonderful loop around Lynx Lake which is still very low even with the recent snows. Despite it being a Monday there were a fair number of people out hiking so Lulu enjoyed plenty of attention.
