My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2025

I felt a bit tired from all of the driving this weekend but the weather here is turning very mild and the forecast was for temperatures near 70 degrees so it looks like Old Man Winter has left for this year.
Aravaipa running posted photos from the ultramarathon-only one of me but it was nice to see me while I was running well.

My running route was a series of boring loops around the nearby neighborhood roads and the large field (which was at least more interesting and enjoyable and each circuit is just under a half mile.
I managed a decent 6 miles total after which I enjoyed an hour under my infrared sauna blanket - a 176 degrees really gets you sweating 😓.
Lulu and I are hiking around in nearby Granite Basin more often than Lynx Lake these days as the trails seem so much more tranquil and scenic. It's almost a 2 mile route and there's always plenty of beautiful views to be seen along the way.
