My Actifit Report Card - Feb 1 2025
A new month is here and my training continues to go well and now I'm 2 weeks away from the Jackpot 100 miler.
The last bit of snow lingers on in the shadows and higher mountains but warmer weather is forecast and I was able to run in shorts and sweatshirt.
Despite my recent restart to regular Intermittent Fasting (time restricted eating over a 4 or 6 hour window) my energy was good and the running easy.
Although my pace and mileage are down a bit at this point I'm just maintaining for the 100 miler and concentrating on a more healthy diet and lifestyle.
Finished up with a couple of miles at Granite Basin which made Lulu very happy 😊.
