My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2024

Today was a very easy run around the neighborhood as I'll be heading down to the Peoria Sports Complex near Phoenix to settle in, set up and then run in the Across the Years ultra over the New Year (24 hours of fun).

My legs have been a bit tired the past couple of days but I had run a couple of harder trail runs and hopefully rest for the next few days will leave them rested and ready.
Just have to gather my gear and get my mind ready.
