My Actifit Report Card: April 15 2025

This was my easy tapering day as I'll be heading off for New Mexico late tomorrow morning (so should have time to walk Lulu).

A mellow family walk to start the day as the morning was comfortable and sunny with many plants showing off their flowers. We had a chance to talk with our friends as Lulu got the time to play with her Aussie friend Ginger before looping around the field.

My run was a relatively short 4 and a half miles down to the city center and back - boring main streets and lots of traffic to make for slower running.
A final loop around Lynx Lake before heading home - sad to see the lake so low (Lulu can't get down for a splash) and we won't be getting much precipitation for a while.
