My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2022
Today's activity was some wonderful hiking along the base of Saddle Mountain out west of Phoenix looking for fire agates among the arid scrub.
Lulu was happy to get out and wander around while we hiked back and forth for about 3 hours. Nothing too strenuous other than scrambling up a few narrow washes and avoiding the very spiky Cholla that can really give your feet a nasty poke.
I didn't cover too many miles but it was a very mild day and the scenery around the mountain was gorgeous and we even found a few little pieces of pretty quartz for the effort.
Tomorrow I plan a good day of digging so maybe another day away from running to rest and recharge a bit.
