My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2022

My legs felt more rested today and it looks like my body is getting back to normal after all those days on the road.
A nice 2.5 miles with Lulu first thing this morning. Not too many people out on this Sunday morning nut we had company on our walk 😁

Half a dozen mule deer watched as we looped around on the dirt trail and kept Lulu amused as well.

Since these morning jaunts are more to get Lulu out walking I'm not concerned about the stopping and exploring - there's always time later in the day.

I spent a few hours digging for gold over at Copper Basin. Not too much hiking but a lot of exercise but a strong wind helped keep me cool.

After cleaning up I felt up to a nice evening walk so it was a good 5 miles or so. The wind wad really blowing but the trees along the roads helped block the worst of the gusts. I didn't feel tired even on the hills so things are looking up a bit (although I have a ways to go to shed the weight I gained while on vacation).
Tomorrow it's chores around home so probably just some walking, maybe a little bit of jogging to Ser how that feels.
