My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2023
How do you keep your body fit ? how do you exercise your body?? how do you burn those calories???
For me I play football to get my body , soul and spirit together and active .
Every Saturday mornings is always football time for me and trust me I’m not kidding if I say I honestly do enjoy it .
It is the normal 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval . I hope I’m able to make a significant mark for any team I find myself.
