Here I have the materials-
Onion ink, puni michuri, green chilli slices, crushed garlic, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.
How to fry-
First I will chop the onion ink and puni michuri. So my onion ink and puni michuri have been cut into small pieces. Now I have washed them well together.
This time I put a ring in the oven and put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I have sliced the green chillies and garlic in it and stirred it a little. This time I have put the chopped onion ink and puni michuri together. Now I have stirred them well and put salt and turmeric powder in them. This time I stirred it again and covered it with a lid. This time I will burn for a while.
After a while I will lift the lid and move it again for a while. In this way, after stirring and frying for a while, very tasty onion ink and puni michuri will be fried together. So I stirred and fried for a while. So I made it very easily with very little ingredients. Very tasty onion ink and puni michuri fried together. This time I took it down from the stove. It is very tasty to eat. You can definitely try it at home.
