Very tasty Eggplant cooked with kachu mukhi

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.

Today I came back to you again with a new cooking recipe to cook eggplant with kachu mukhi. I hope you like it.

So let's see, friends, how I cooked eggplant with kachu mukhi-

Here are the ingredients for cooking eggplant with kachu mukhi-

Eggplant, zinc paste, green chilli paste, onion paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Recipe -

First I took water in a container. This time I cut the eggplant into small pieces and put it in water.

This time I have taken the face of Zinc Kachu. This time I touched Kachu's face.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put enough water in the pan. This time I put zinc kachu inside it. This time I have taken it down to light boil.

This time I put a ring in the oven again and put the same amount of oil in the pan. This time I stirred them for a while and gave them a little water with a mouthful of kachu inside. Now with a little stirring, I will remove the kachu face with salt and turmeric powder inside it.

Kachu's face has been removed. This time I have given enough water inside it. I put the eggplant pieces in the water when it became thick. This time I will burn for a while.

After a while I put cumin paste in it. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while the broth has come down a lot. So I have easily made eggplant cooking with kachu mukhi. This time I took it down from the stove.
