Delicious egg korma

Today I came back to cook a very delicious egg korma with a new recipe among you. I hope you like it.

So let's see, friends, how I cooked a very delicious egg korma.

Here I have the materials-

Chicken eggs, coconut curry, sugar, mango, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin paste, crushed onion, crushed garlic, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Recipe -

First I took the coconuts here. This time I squeezed out the coconut milk with a little water.

Here I have taken Amsattva. Let me tell you a little bit about how to make it. In fact, raw mango is boiled and salted in a pot with salt and a little sugar and dried in the sun. After drying in the sun, mustard oil was applied and dried again in the sun and stored in a container. So this time I have soaked Amsattva in water for a while. After a while I picked it up and cut it into small pieces and took it in a container.

This time I cracked the chicken eggs in a pot. Now I will beat it well with a little salt and turmeric powder inside. So my eggs have been beaten.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I have poured the beaten eggs inside it. This time I have fried eggs. This time I put it in a container.

This time again I put a ring in the oven and with the same amount of oil in the pan, stir it a little with bay leaves, cinnamon and cardamom and add chopped onion and crushed garlic inside. Now I will stir them well and fry them.

After a while I put coconut milk in it. This time I will burn for a while. After a while, I cut it into pieces and gave it to Amsattva. This time I lit it again for a while and added salt and turmeric powder inside it. Now I will remove the spices well.

It has been taken away. This time I have given enough water inside it. This time, after burning for a while, when the water got thick, I put cumin paste in it. This time I stirred it a little and put the fried eggs inside it. In fact, I cut the fried eggs into pieces and gave them to them. This time I will burn again for a while. After a while I put sugar in it. Someone gave sugar a long time ago but I gave it later. So I will make a fake by moving it again for a while. After a while the broth has come down a lot. So my egg korma has been cooked very easily. This time I took it down from the stove.It is delicious to eat. Egg korma tastes sour and tastes great. You can definitely try this at home.
