In what will be a must-see bout, Floyd Mayweather Jr. will take on Mikuru Asakura in an exhibition match. Floyd Mayweather Jr., son of legendary Floyd Mayweather Sr. and well-known for his prowess in the ring as an undefeated champion will fight Mikuru Asakura of the Rizin FFA. The YouTube channel of Mikuru is already abuzz with the action and this is a bout to watch.
Floyd retired in 2017, and was undefeated after a career as a featherweight and lightweight boxes. Floyd followed in his father's footsteps, and is an incredibly accurate and technical fighter. His strength is defense, and he's alot of fun to watch in his exhibition bouts. The last major fight I saw featuring Floyd was against Tenshin Nasukawa and it was enjoyable.
Floyd is scheduled to square off against Mikuru Asakura in September, and this should be a great match. Mikuru is a featherweight MMA fighter from the Rizin FFA, and he has a long history of wins involving kicks to the head. It will be a showdown between two distinct styles- Floyd's precise punches and combos and Mikuru's wild head kicks. Both fighters are known to be accurate and fluid with their styles.
Mikuru has already posted a video on YouTube addressing Floyd. This fight is one I'll be watching, as it involves an undefeated well-known champion vs an equally skilled MMA fighter. Get ready for action in September!
