My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2023

Good day dear mates! This day was very active. First of all I visited my work. After it I met with my relatives with whom we visited local park.

After it I went to home took my family and we visited our family doctor.
Closer to the evening I was busy in my garden. We came home after 10 p.m. Also I participated in August HPUD .
As a result more than 21000 activities.
That's all for now.

I should to correct you, it's report for yesterday.
Yes we love to walk and spend time together when I'm free and not working.
But unfortunately not always have time to ride on my bike, but no matter,time with family, life balance and health are more important!
