The Japanese manga comic "Dragon Ball" was first published on 20 November 1984. For nine consecutive years, a total of 519 episodes were published with worldwide sales of nearly 500 million units, making it one of the most popular comics of all time.
"Dragon Ball" has been made into films, television, video games, card games and countless collectible figures can be found in shops and private collectors' cabinets all over the world.
"Dragon Ball" tells the story of Son Gokū, a human-like alien boy of great strength and martial arts expertise who will confront other beings from other planets who want to conquer planet Earth and destroy humanity. During the different chapters we observe the evolution of Gokū to become a practically invisible adult. Of great importance in the story is the existence of 7 magical crystal balls that, when brought together, summon a legendary dragon that grants certain wishes. These balls must be protected by Gokū to prevent his enemies from getting hold of them.
